Wispr Flow: first impressions

I started using Wispr Flow this weekend.

The first thing I noticed was how natural it feels to speak instead of type. I'm using it right now to write this post, which probably says enough.

It works well with Perplexity and Claude Code, and anywhere else I'm just trying to get an idea out of my head without overthinking the sentence structure. Speaking cuts out a layer of friction. I don't pause as much. I don't edit as much. I just keep moving.

That might sound like a small thing. It isn't.

It changes the pace of work more than I expected.

For me, that's the real value so far: less effort between thought and output.
